By accessing or using Chronicle at mychronicle.games ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Chronicle. If you are between 13 and 16 and located in a jurisdiction requiring parental consent, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.
To use certain features of Chronicle, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Chronicle allows you to post reviews, journal entries, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting User Content, you grant Chronicle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make your User Content available to other users as part of the Service.
You represent that you have the right to post any User Content you submit and that it does not violate the rights of any third party. Chronicle may remove User Content that violates these Terms.

Chronicle integrates with third-party services including Steam and Stripe. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Chronicle is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
The Chronicle name, logo, design, and all original content and features of the Service are the property of Chronicle and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Chronicle's proprietary materials without prior written consent. Game metadata, cover art, and related assets are the property of their respective owners.
Chronicle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chronicle and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time. Chronicle may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of Chronicle after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
